We had worked up an appetite after our wine tasting, so we continued driving in search of some food. Our first stop was a no-go with single plates costing almost $100!! No way, José! So we kept going and found a little town where we ended up having some great food. The town was really pretty to walk around, and the drive there was gorgeous. Tuscany didn't disappoint!
Michelle, James, and the Tuscan hills.
And a close up.
Love him.
Just put me a cardboard box on one of those hills and I'll be fine.
Fiat Cinquecento!
Lovely old town
Anyone looking for a destination wedding venue? I found it.
We saw a ton of people hunting wild boar while we were driving around. It just so happens that it's a symbol of Tuscany....and it's really yummy.
Just can't get enough of those Italian doors.
Or street signs...
Laundry day
I used to think it was only in Newberry that you could get stuck behind a tractor on a road...but it's in Italy too. This tractor was transporting the latest grape harvest.
Next up...
