On Wednesday, Michelle and I had a "girls day" and took a cooking class. What a good time! Cooking with Lucas {here} was recommended by some of my friends and I was excited to try him out. We had a personalized lesson and made so much delicious food. I can't wait to go back with friends and John Ralph!
We made rosemary focaccia, pumpkin ravioli, sausage ragu, fresh pasta, and poached pears. My mouth waters just typing it. Later that night, we cooked it again for James, John Ralph, and our friend Sean. Although the ravioli stuck together and ruined because of the heat and humidity in the kitchen (lesson learned!), the meal turned out amazing.

While the ragu was simmering, we went down the street to the copper shop. I know what I'm asking for from Santa!
The shop has been open since the 1880s.
Back to work on the pumpkin ravioli filling.

We seriously had such a good time at the cooking class. Looking forward to finding another opportunity to go again!
